**Casa Grande Coaches Participate in Million Coaches Challenge Training**

Casa Grande, AZ - The Casa Grande Community Recreation Center recently hosted a successful training session as part of the Million Coaches Challenge, an initiative to improve coaching methods for youth sports. The event brought together over 40 youth coaches from the region.

During the session, coaches learned new techniques to better support and guide young athletes. The training also emphasized the positive and healing impact that sports can have on participants. The program was made possible through collaborations with the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA) and the Could Human Journey Support Organization (CHJS).

Casa Grande Parks & Recreation expressed gratitude to its partners for fostering a meaningful and impactful space for coaches to grow and contribute to the well-being of the youth.

This event highlighted the importance of equipping coaches with the tools needed to create a positive environment in sports, benefiting both the athletes and the wider community.
