The City of Casa Grande Arts & Culture Commission is leading the 2024 Color on Concrete Art Project. They are seeking proposals from artists to paint the concrete walls at the corners of Rodeo & Trekell Roads. Two artists will be chosen, one for each wall. The selected artist will receive $2000: $1000 at the start of the project and $1000 upon completion. Artists must submit only one proposal by September 25 at 4:00 p.m. Applications can be found on the City of Casa Grande's website.
