Staff Report / CGlocal.org
The 21st Desert Dog Police K9 Trials & Public Safety Expo is set to take place on October 26-27, 2024, at WestWorld of Scottsdale, Arizona. The event is presented by Circle K and organized by the Arizona Law Enforcement Canine Association (ALECA), which is recognized as one of the largest organizations of its kind in the United States.
This year's event promises to be a fun-filled and action-packed experience for families and fans, featuring heroic police teams and athletic feats performed by K9 units. Tickets are available for purchase in advance for $5, including taxes and fees, while tickets at the door will be priced at $10.
The Casa Grande Police Department announced that their K9 unit will be competing at this year's trials, and they encouraged attendees to come out and support them and other Arizona law enforcement agencies. ALECA is a nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3). For more details, visit their website at Alecapolicek9.com.
