**Copa Cultural Night Market Brings Music, Art, and Community to Maricopa**

The City of Maricopa, Arizona, hosted its annual Copa Cultural Night Market, celebrating culture, creativity, and community. The event featured electrifying performances, remarkable art displays, and a variety of delicious food offerings.

Attendees came together to enjoy live entertainment and support local vendors, with performances and artwork reflecting Maricopa's vibrant cultural diversity. The event highlighted collaboration within the community, with participants expressing appreciation for the opportunities it provided to connect and celebrate together.

Apache Junction, Ariz. — A suspect fired from a vehicle Thursday night on State Route 88 near milepost 203, injuring a woman with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds; no arrests have been made as the Arizona Department of Public Safety's Major Crimes District leads the ongoing investigation with help from the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office and the Apache Junction Police Department.

Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway Closed, Reopened After Crash

Maricopa, Ariz. — The Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway was closed in both directions between Hartman Road and White and Parker Road after a serious collision, then reopened at 1:43 p.m. as emergency responders remained on scene and drivers were urged to slow down and give emergency vehicles space, with motorists advised to use Honeycutt Road to reach Hartman and rejoin the highway.
