Casa Grande Hosts Annual District-Wide Spelling Bee

Casa Grande Elementary School District recently held its annual district-wide spelling bee, welcoming 60 students and their families from across the district. The event showcased the exceptional spelling skills of the young participants.

After a series of competitive rounds, three students emerged as the top finalists:

- **Allison White**, an 8th grader from Cactus Middle School, secured 1st place.

- **Daniel Rodriguez**, a 7th grader from Villago Middle School, earned 2nd place.

- **Madelyn Nguyen**, an 8th grader from CGOLA (Casa Grande Online Learning Academy), took 3rd place.

These top three winners will advance to the Pinal County Spelling Bee, which is scheduled to take place on **February 7th**. Congratulations and best of luck to Allison, Daniel, and Madelyn as they represent their district at the next level!
