The City of Casa Grande is inviting local artists to participate in a project aimed at beautifying the community. The Casa Grande Arts & Culture Commission is looking for artists to transform utility boxes throughout the city into works of art. Selected artists will receive a stipend of $500 and will have the opportunity to win an additional $500 through the People's Choice Award.

Artists interested in participating must submit their artwork by the deadline of Friday, November 15th. So far, the program has successfully completed the decoration of 19 utility boxes.
