Casa Grande Parks & Recreation in Casa Grande, Arizona, is currently hiring for customer service positions. The organization is looking for friendly and enthusiastic applicants who have previous customer service, computer, and basic accounting experience.

The available positions will primarily cover mid-afternoon shifts during the week and shifts on Saturdays.

Key duties for the role include:

- Greeting and checking in all visitors and community recreation center members

- Processing program registrations and checking members into classes

- Providing tours of the facility and sharing information about programs and activities

- Operating the Point of Sale system, which involves counting cash drawers and running reports

- Assisting customers with facility reservations for fields, park ramadas, and open spaces

- Answering phone calls at the front desk and addressing customer questions and concerns

- Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area and lobby

- Being knowledgeable about current and upcoming city events

- Assisting with additional duties as required

Employees hired for this position will receive a free membership to the Community Recreation Center for the duration of their employment.
